Hix Group Pty Ltd directly employs over 80+ staff plus a range of pre-approved sub contractors and suppliers who must meet the high standards required by Hix Group and be a good “fit” with our company’s level of quality, compliance and culture.

Our company’s Integrated Management System incorporates Work Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental Management and is fully accredited to AS4801, 1S09001 & IS014001 along with NSW Government (5th Edition) Accreditation so you will have no concerns in regards to quality, safety and environmental practices of Hix Group Pty.

Our Online Compliance Systems, along with our Electronic Job Management System, ensure that we provide our clients with the best quality and service every time, with a focus on safety & the environment and that our systems and procedures are of the highest standard & fully compliant.

Our Electronic Job Management System ensures that we handle all work requests, project management and programmed maintenance, in an efficient and professional manner with all technicians in the field utilizing mobile tablets or smart-phones to record work notes, access asset details and submit all compliance documentation using state of the art technology. This ensures timely information and management of all works.

The Management and Administrative teams are able to effectively schedule and monitor works to ensure timely completion, pricing and invoicing to meet the clients’ needs and to provide the relevant reports, Asset Registers and documentation to demonstrate the works completed to submit accurate and accountable invoicing (as per your requirements).

Our Supervisory and Management teams have remote access to our system at all times via laptops and mobile devices allowing them to communicate effectively and efficiently when requested by our clients. They have full time access to our resources via designated administration staff that are also able to react to requests from external sources when management and supervisory staff may not be available.
